Tucson Assisted Living Retreat is a premier 40-bed luxury assisted living facility committed to providing exceptional care and a nurturing environment for our residents. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized care that enhances quality of life.

Job Description:
* Develop and maintain individualized service plans for residents in collaboration with the care team.
* Conduct TB testing for employees and residents as per regulatory requirements.
* Perform monthly skin checks and maintain accurate records.
* Conduct audits of med carts to ensure compliance and identify expired medications.
* Ensure medication orders and electronic medical records are current and accurate.
* Communicate effectively with families regarding clinical updates or concerns as needed.
* Assist in training of caregiver
* Quality Management & Assurance

Requirements:
* Current LPN licensure in the state of Arizona.
* Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
