Essential Functions

All job functions from Relationship Banker I & II

Will support online Chat customers. Will assist customers with online banking including but not limited to inquiries, requests, escalated issues, and fraud resolutions.

Will support the Call Center based on scheduling needs. Will assist customers with account inquiries and balancing, fraud and transaction disputes, debit card transactions and look up request.

Will support commercial business customers with their Treasury Management needs from providing product details, completing necessary forms to onboard.

Build lasting relationships with customers, discovering their financial needs and personalizing product and service recommendations.

Cross-sell other Bank products and services.

Provides support for the department as the subject matter expert. Will support other bankers and departments with product and procedural inquiries. Will also assist the department with escalated customer service situations.

Will support Customer Service Manager with special designated projects, procedural reviews, technical support and new employee training and coaching.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Saturday 7:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Travel

This position requires routine local area travel to other branches occasionally. This role rarely travels out of the area overnight.

Required Education and Experience

5+ years personal banking experience required.

5+ year of customer service experience required.

High School education or GED

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of banking core & support applications

Strong cross-selling experience

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
