Ageless Living Home Health is seeking full time and part-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) who are passionate about providing first class interventions to children with special needs from 0 to 21 years of age and their families. Essential Responsibilities :
Diagnose, create POC and provide treatment to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
Educate patients and family members, keep detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.
Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
Oversee and supervise assistants to ensure POC is followed per state guidelines.

Qualifications:
SLP-Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or University and a license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Colorado. (Will accept SLP-CFY)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year
