Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • A valid Colorado State SLP License is required, and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
