In summary, what does the role entail?

The Data Strategy & Analysis Manager will lead the organization's data practice and analytical functions. This crucial role involves developing and implementing data strategies, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. The Manager will collaborate with various departments to enhance data-driven decision-making and optimize data management processes.

What is the ideal profile for this position?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree is an asset.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data management, strategy, and analysis.
Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, and security principles, with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Ability to implement data procedures and governance at a company level.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Experience with data warehousing, big data technologies, and cloud platforms is an asset.

As a Data Strategy and Analysis Manager, what will your responsibilities be?
