Work Location: Atlanta, GA - Candidates applying should be able to commute to the office on an as needed basis.

Candidates with the following experience, skills, and/or certifications are highly preferred:

Epic Certification in Cadence
Prior Experience as a Principle Trainer
Epic Cheers Experience
Referrals & Pre-Cert

Description:
Works closely with clients to foster the development and successful implementation of innovative, high quality training, readiness and change management solutions and ensures a high level of satisfaction with services provided.
Coordinates planning and implementation of systems related training, readiness and change management solution projects.
Works to maintain a high level of client satisfaction with EHC teammates adoption and effective use of healthcare IT technology and EMR as provided to assigned clients.
Collaborates with other Readiness Leaders to coordinate/facilitate the EHC Super User Lead program.
Develops Super User Lead competencies.
Implements and reviews the Evaluation Strategy of training/readiness programs.
Attends meetings of professional, civic and services organizations.
Administers and ensures compliance to departmental policies and procedures in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
Works with manager to formulate plan for professional development.
Participates in professional activities and organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments.
Manages projects to assure that business objectives and requirements are realized.
Performs other related duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree preferred
Five years of experience in designing, developing and implementing training, readiness, and change management solutions as it relates to teammates adoption and effective use of healthcare IT technology and EMR
