Job Description: Seeking a senior level Requirements Analyst to work on highly complex policy administration and Quote and Enrollment related projects. The role will be re-purposed for project work instead of Run type work. Location: Brea CA, Client: Nationwide Insurance, Duration: Long Term Responsibilities: Lead and collaborate with cross functional business and technology teams to define project scope and estimates of highly complex business requirements. Evaluate business needs, analyze data and processes, evaluate new and existing systems to determine gaps and fits, and translate business requirements to technology specifications. Facilitate and participate in application design sessions of complex business requirements. Write detailed functional and technical specifications and prepare other systems and functional documentation. Provide application support to existing applications in production. Coordinate and participate in the QA testing process. Provide consultative support to business units, project teams, act as liaison between user areas and technology. Requirements: 8 + years eliciting, analyzing, specifying, verifying, documenting and managing highly complex business requirements. Good understanding of property/causality insurance business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid understanding of Agile development practices. Proficient in PL SQL.
