Job OverviewJob Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Principal Business AnalystLocation: Irvine, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Salary Range: $160,000 (permanent role, full-time)Schedule: 40 hours per weekIntroductionWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Principal Business Analyst to join a growing ERP team. This senior-level position is responsible for defining, gathering, and implementing business requirements across core functional areas such as Order to Cash, Finance, Distribution & Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate combines strong functional ERP expertise with business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 8 years of ERP implementation experience, including requirements gathering, configuration, functional specification, and testingProven expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP (required)Strong knowledge of Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Manufacturing, and/or Financial processesDemonstrated experience in ERP rollouts, business process re-engineering, user training, and ongoing system supportExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to technical teams and executive leadershipStrong project planning and organizational skillsAbility to travel up to 10%Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipPreferred Skills & QualificationsExperience in the CPG or Foodservice industryOracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experienceDeep understanding of the systems development life cycle, structured analysis, and testing methodologiesMotivational leadership style with the ability to mentor and guide ERP analysts and functional consultantsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the ERP Business Analyst team and functional consultants in analyzing, designing, testing, and deploying business requirementsCollaborate with business teams to implement and enhance ERP processes across multiple functional areasAct as liaison between functional and technical resources, translating requirements into actionable technical specificationsCommunicate project status, risks, and updates to executive leadershipProvide hands-on problem solving, guidance, and support for ERP-related issuesDevelop and maintain documentation for business processes, functional specifications, and system objectivesEnsure ERP solutions align with business needs and industry best practicesCompany Benefits & CultureCompetitive salary and full-time, permanent opportunityHybrid work schedule offering flexibility with onsite collaborationComprehensive benefits package (healthcare, retirement, and more)Exposure to high-visibility ERP projects within a collaborative team environmentProfessional growth opportunities in ERP leadership and systems strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr
