Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality, compassionate, and ethical services to clients that enable the client to develop mental wellness and stability.
* Coordinate services with other mental health professionals, family/guardian, medical personnel and others as appropriate and necessary.
* Conduct diagnostic assessments, and develop and implement individual treatment plans for assigned clients with specific measurable goals and objectives.
* Maintain timely and accurate clinical charting using Simple Practice (EHR). Update and maintain client files as required and necessary per specified guidelines. Secure all client information per HIPAA standards.
* Participate in meetings and case consultation as required/necessary and be an active team member.
