Responsibilities
Collect and analyze inventory data, monitor consumption rates, and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs) to maintain precise inventory records.
Develop and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations, with a focus on labor variances and indirect labor utilization.
Support monthly forecasting, manufacturing projects, and the execution of annual physical inventories.
Contribute to operational planning by analyzing output, sales, and shipping metrics.
Produce comprehensive periodic and ad-hoc reports, including overhead absorption and standard cost rollup analyses.
Evaluate slow-moving and obsolete inventory items, manage intercompany material transfers, and assist in month-end close and reporting processes.
Assess the financial impact of process or method changes on overall costs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of experience in cost accounting or equivalent experience in manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of US GAAP
