Key Responsibilities Drive new business through outside sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, client visits, and local networking Develop customized workforce solutions for new and prospective clients Build and maintain xhuatnn strong, long-term relationships with client decision-makers Identify business opportunities within various industries and staffing verticals Meet and exceed monthly performance goals for client acquisition and revenue growth Collaborate with internal staffing teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
