In Lieu Of In lieu of 2 years nursing experience, may accept 1 year nursing experience in the specialty area and 2 years' experience as a non-RN clinical coordinator in a physician practice. In lieu of 2 years nursing experience, may accept 1 year nursing experience and 5 years of Medical Assistant experience.
