The National Workforce (NWF) Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the National Workforce team within the department of Human Resources (HR) at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI). This position will play a key role to ensure our programs remain compliant and adhere to each local, state, and federal laws, as well as update policies, systems, processes, and practices.

Reporting to the National Workforce Program Manager, this role will conduct daily and weekly audits, along with manual file entries into Equifaxs Compliance Center to issue and ensure timely completion of onboarding and offboarding notices. Partner with internal and external stakeholders on the integration of Equifax into Workday with an anticipated go-live of October 2025. This role will also support ongoing efforts on updating policies, compliance updates, and communications.

This position's work location is fully remote with occasional time on-campus in Boston, MA. The selected candidate may only work remotely from a New England state (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI).

Temporary assignment: 12 months.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Conduct daily and weekly audits of out of state approvals, new hires, transfers/relocations, and relevant job changes in PeopleSoft.

+ Monitor new hires, transfers/relocations and termination files and manually issue onboarding and offboarding notices into Equifaxs Compliance Center.

+ Partner with internal and external stakeholders on the integration of Equifax into Workday

+ Monitor eligibility requirements and assign state compliance sexual harassment training within HealthStream.

+ Serve as a liaison between the National Workforce Team and other HR department Centers of Expertise (CoE) to deliver coordinated HR services to internal clients, and as a point of escalation for employee inquiries or information triaged and referred by the DFCI HR Service Center (HRSC).

+ Support ongoing national workforce compliance work efforts, including developing standard operating procedures, workflows, guidelines, as well as staff member and manager resources.

+ Maintain and update content on the National Workforce intranet site.

+ Monitor, review, and disseminate updates to internal stakeholders on federal, state, and local legislative changes including, OFCCP, EEO, VEVRAA, ADA, ERISA, Compensation, TA, Workers Compensation, Leave programs and Affirmative Action practices and trends.

**MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience required, or

+ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required with 1 year of additional work experience in early-career HR roles or data analytics roles post-college preferred

+ Preferably in sectors such as higher education, academic medicine, research, health care, biomedical/pharma, research, or government

+ Experience using enterprise HR software (such as Workday or PeopleSoft), analytical tools (such as Tableau), and service management software (such as Zendesk) is a plus.

+ Experience analyzing large people data sets preferred.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:**

+ Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

+ Versatility, initiative, and curiosity about how things work, root cause problem solving.

+ Commitment to service excellence and delivering a great employment experience.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

+ Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.

+ Aptitude for using HR software, learning management systems, analytical tools, and data.

+ Ability to interact productively across multiple human resources disciplines.

+ Knowledgeable of state and federal compliance laws relating to HR and Payroll policies and practices.
