As a Business Development Manager , you will be pivotal in shaping Replai’s strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. You should be able to unlock new opportunities and drive business results that exceed expectations. Your work will be intense and challenging, with a talented team by your side. Relocation to San Francisco is required, and we will assist with moving costs.
You will identify, develop, and nurture key relationships, driving Replai’s expansion into new markets. Your efforts will directly impact our pipeline, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. You’ll need to have a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to align Replai’s solutions with the needs of our partners.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in business development, excels in relationship-building at a senior level, and can prioritize tasks to achieve ambitious goals. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage a high volume of activity and drive growth.
Your responsibilities:
Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities, from initial contact to deal closure.
Collaborate on building and scaling Replai’s GTM strategy while executing on-the-ground business development activities.
Continuously communicate with the team to align on strategic priorities and maximize value for our partners.
