Position Summary:

Octapharma USA is searching for a Field Reimbursement Manager to join our team. The Field Reimbursement Manager is responsible for coordinating a collaborative approach towards reimbursement assistance and patient access to Octapharmas product portfolio. This position will be responsible for implementing programs that align with the approved business objectives and will support the overall brand strategies. Specifically, this position will work closely under the guidance of Market Access to successfully execute the approved tactical programs in collaboration with HUB services and immunology brand strategy.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work onsite in Paramus, NJ Office
  • BA/BS or higher
  • Minimum 4 years experience with payer reimbursement and patient services programs is required.
  • Previous account management experience within private practices like; Hematology/Neurology/Oncology/Immunology/Rheumatology, IDNs, and HTCs is highly preferred
  • Experience with buy and bill and specialty distribution
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement trends in community oncology practices, including alternative payment models
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work in a high matrix environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight stays

Octapharma USA Compensation and Benefit Summary: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $125,000 to $150,000; however, unexpected and necessary adjustments or increases may result from Company annual salary increases, if applicable, and or fluctuations in the job market necessitating adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits, including parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
