This role is in-office at our main location in VA Beach, VA. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to create forecasts, budgets, and reports that drive decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations, sales, marketing) to identify financial opportunities and risks
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and ROI
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Leverage NetSuite and other internal systems to streamline financial reporting and ensure data accuracy
  • Oversee and support month-end and year-end closings
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and compliance measures
  • Oversee tax planning, reporting, and compliance efforts
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 8+ years experience in financial analysis, preferably in B2B or eCommerce industries with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in NetSuite (or similar ERP system)
  • Advance Excel skills; familiarity with other analytical tools a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth environment a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
