The QA/QI Manager is familiar with and able to document in accordance with the Department of Mental Health guidelines. S/he will conduct evaluations and assessments of current practices to identify treatment alternatives and strategies for the delivery of programs and individualized services, prepares recommendations for approval by the Program Administrator and management team. The incumbent identifies problems by consulting with professional and support staff, reviewing client complaints, observing staff performance, monitoring program implementation. The QA/QI Manager evaluates programs and services for compliance with accreditation and/or certification standards; coordinates and/or assists in activities regarding the development and implementation of plans and time frames for correcting deficiencies involving these standards. S/he must be able to document effectively in accordance with best standards of care on a weekly basis, provide services in accordance with multi-disciplinary team approach model. S/he will participate in weekly supervision and treatment team meetings.

Secondary Functions:
Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Administrator and/or Regional Clinical Director. Be able to meet productivity expectation of the Agency. Maintain appropriate boundaries. Represent the Agency in a professional manner at meetings and community events. Abide by the CIHSS/Alafia professional code of ethics and model CIHSS/Alafia values. Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree. Familiarity with psychological assessment measures strongly preferred. Must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, multi-task, and maintain detailed, accurate records and activities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Additional Required Qualifications:
Valid California Driver's License, Auto insurance, and proof of Health Screening and TB clearance. Pass DOJ Background Check (live scan). Proof of COVID Vaccination. Submission of satisfactory proof of your identity and your legal authorization to work in the United States. If you fail to submit this proof, federal law prohibits us from hiring you.

Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated cultural competency and experience working with disadvantaged individuals and families. Knowledge of DMH regulations and previous experience completing required documentation. Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Administrator and/or Clinical Director. Be able to meet productivity expectation of the Agency in relation to job description. Maintain appropriate boundaries.

Job Type:
This is a Full-time, Monday to Friday, Hybrid Position.
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week.
