Job Summary:

As a Principal Product Manager, you will define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy across multiple teams, aligning stakeholders on high-impact, customer-centric outcomes that drive business growth and organizational success. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, partnering with executive leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to align product development with business goals and customer needs.

What you will do:

Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy across multiple teams, aligning stakeholders on customer-focused outcomes that drive business growth.

Lead cross-functional initiatives, partnering with executive leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to align product development with business goals.

Drive data-informed decision-making, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring product development aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.

Champion product management excellence across the organization, setting best practices and mentoring teams to deliver innovative products that meet evolving customer and market demands.

Act as the primary advocate for customer needs at an organizational level, ensuring customer insights inform product strategies and business goals.

Lead large-scale, complex product initiatives, coordinating across multiple teams to deliver high-impact solutions that drive business growth.

Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation through execution and beyond, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering against business objectives.

What you will bring to SmithRx:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-impact product initiatives.

Extensive experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, with a focus on long-term vision and strategic alignment.

Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs, with the ability to translate insights into product strategy.

Experience mentoring and developing product management talent across multiple teams.

Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and proficiency in Agile methodologies.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, non-engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful product solutions.
