What You'll Do: LM Envision, LogicMonitor's leading hybrid observability platform powered by AI, helps modern enterprises gain operational visibility into and predictability across their IT stacks, so they can continue to deliver extraordinary employee and customer experiences. LogicMonitor has a layered approach to intelligence, where AI and Machine Learning is baked into every facet of the LM Envision platform to help IT teams improve efficiency, minimize alert fatigue, proactively predict trends, and maximize enterprise growth and transformation. As the Principal Product Manager - AI, you drive the success of the Edwin AI product line, leveraging Generative AI to deliver unique value for our customers and partners. In this role, you'll shape and deliver an impactful product roadmap by understanding customer pain points, staying ahead in a dynamic competitive landscape, and harnessing expertise in Generative AI, AIOps, and Cloud technologies. You bring strong knowledge in alert management and IT workflow systems (both commercial and open-source) and experience building and launching products for enterprise customers, particularly in AIOps and AI Assistants. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineering, sales, product marketing, and design to create exceptional product experiences for our customers. Here's a closer look at this key role: Act as the SME and go-to expert for Generative AI, AI Assistants, and AIOps. Develop, maintain, and communicate a transparent roadmap. Establish and track KPIs for your area of ownership. Shape and drive the vision for your domain, leveraging competitive intelligence, key business drivers, and industry insights. Communicate execution plans and progress clearly to all stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve roadmap goals, without direct authority. Exhibit a startup mindset, taking initiative and being hands-on as needed. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree required; MBA, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering preferred. 5+ years of product management experience in a software company, strong preference for AIOps and Cloud technology expertise. Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with the ability to translate the big picture into prioritized, actionable tasks. Proven track record in delivering successful features, products, or improvements. Expert in agile development practices with hands-on application experience.
