  • Responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives in the organization.
  • Responsible for managing the admissions process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and playing a key role in recruiting and admitting new customers.
  • Deliver key sales trainings, collaborate with development of public relations plan, and develop new programs and initiatives to assist facilities in achieving census and quality mix growth and goals.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with the overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide leadership to motivate and inspire the sales team.
 What you Need to make a Difference:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or clinical specialty or related field preferred. Equivalent related work experience may be acceptable.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in healthcare sales leadership with a proven track record.
  • Proven track record of success in a recent Business Development/Admissions role to include positive results.
  • Superior training and presentation skills and ability to deliver for various audiences.
  • Travel to facilities within the organization, which may include air travel and overnight stays.
