Fast growing Italian restaurant in need of Sous Chef for scratch kitchen.  We are looking for a professional with a passion for food, this is not a temporary stop in the road.

About You:
  • A Team player who is willing to set up the team for success.
  • Dependable Chef who shows up on time and doesn't call off frequently
  • Have the ability to make daily specials and soups
  • Ability to delegate and run kitchen 
  • You should be able to make sure everything is stocked and ready for service
  • Take pride and passion in your work, doesn't take short cuts to stab a ticket. Quality over speed everyday.
  • Workweek 48-52 hours per week. 
  • Ability design a balanced menu and train staff members how to execute dishes consistently
