Team Size:
We are looking to hire a crew of 2-3 individuals. As a team, we strive for excellence, aiming to exceed our clients' expectations in every project we undertake

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain a diverse array of landscape equipment and tools.
  • Perform detailed landscaping tasks including installing sprinklers, laying pavers, building retaining walls, and moving rock mulch.
  • Contribute to the installation of sod and other landscaping materials.
  • Follow strict safety procedures and guidelines while on the job.
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship with a keen eye for detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to efficiently complete projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in all types of construction, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating landscape equipment, including mini excavators, trucks, and skid steers.
  • Physical stamina and resilience to work under various weather conditions.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Reliable transportation to reach job sites.
  • Construction experience, particularly in home remodeling, is a plus.
