Position Overview:The Oasis Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Revenue Director to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and profitability of our practice through strategic marketing initiatives, revenue management, and business development. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to align our marketing strategies with our revenue goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our brand and make a significant impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and revenue strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets specific to the aesthetics and wellness industry.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration that aligns with the values of The Oasis.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns and revenue performance. Generate actionable insights to guide strategy adjustments and maintain high standards of marketing effectiveness.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue generation from in-office crossover services, effective marketing programs tailored to our aesthetic and wellness services, including digital marketing, content marketing, PR, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Brand Management: Ensure the consistent positioning of The Oasis brand across all marketing channels. Develop and execute brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity and elevate our reputation in the aesthetics and wellness space.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support revenue initiatives and expand our service offerings.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve optimal results. Monitor expenses and performance against budget, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives and provide support for new service launches and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or revenue management. Proven track record in driving revenue growth through marketing initiatives.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey the unique value of The Oasis Aesthetics & Wellness to a diverse audience.
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis, with an emphasis on profitability and return on investment.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.
