Job Summary:

The Concho Hearts Hospice Executive Director/Marketer serves as a leader in the overall organization management of the hospice agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing various channels of referrals, consistently visiting and communicating with providers, communities, customers, payers, and patients to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develops various channels of referrals through the selection, acquisition, retention, and growth of business partnerships with referral sources.
  • Clinical Operations: Work closely with the clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transition coordination from an acute care setting to a home.
  • Patient Education: Educates patients and their families about hospice expectations.
  • Community Outreach: Conduct educational in-services and community outreach to promote our superior hospice care services.
  • Hospital Relationships: Consistently visits, communicates and monitors provider, community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of Concho Hearts Hospice as a high-quality provider of services.
Requirements:
  • MUST have Hospice Marketing experience of 2+ years.
