Administrative/Social Media Assistant

As an Administrative & Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for meeting the following job requirements:
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Ability to articulate the services we provide to potential and existing clients.
- Handles all walk in appointments.
- Manages the phone system, responds to all potential and existing client inquires, directs calls to the appropriate team members and monitors and updates the call tracking program on a daily basis ensuring all new potential client contact information is added to required systems.
- Schedules appointments for the sales team and monitors the company calendar to ensure sales people have not been overbooked and/or double booked.
- Manages & orders all office supplies, receives all incoming packages, checks the mail and oversees the referral program.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Partners with the external SEO agency, reviews SEO and Paid Ad performance reports by interpreting and communicating key metrics.
- Oversees website, review sites and social media accounts, keeping content fresh.
- Coordinates all onsite client photography shoots and requests on-site pictures from staff for social media sites.
- Create and send email and marketing campaigns and presentations with the goal of increasing traffic, conversions, ROI and brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Detail Oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
- Experience using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Administrative & Social Media work experience is required.
- Software Experience: Excel.
Office Hours:
- M-F: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Compensation:
- Hourly/ DOE.
