Essential functions:
  • Verifies/obtain detailed insurance benefits
  • Main liaison for all insurance communication
  • Attaching insurance benefits to patients’ files
  • Filing insurance claims
  • Estimating patient copays
  • Entering EOBs
  • Assist in creating treatment plans and presenting the financials to the patient when needed.
  • Returns patient phone calls regarding insurance benefits questions
  • Supports Front desk in filling appointments and scheduling patients on check out
