Job Details:
  • Pay Rate: $14.00-$15.95 per hour
  • Location: Normal, IL
  • Status: Part-time

Available Shifts: 2nd, 3rd:
  • 2nd shift is evenings, typically between 2 pm and 12 am
  • 3rd shift is overnights, typically between 10 pm and 7 am

Job Responsibilities:
  • Keeping the store clean, stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Professionally greet all customers upon entering the store
  • Preparing hot and cold food items for sale
  • Suggestively selling to every customer based on their needs
  • Operating the cash register and other in-store equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times 
  • Complete shift reports and balance of cash drawer
  • Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management
  • Follow all policies regarding carding for alcohol, tobacco, and gaming

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is preferred
  • Ability to consistently show up to work on time and as scheduled
  • Honest and friendly with a great work ethic
  • Self-motivated and able to complete tasks consistently as required
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task with a team and individually
  • Demonstrates flexibility with work hours and availability

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and 25 pounds overhead
  • Ability to squat, bend, and reach using a step stool or ladder
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
