Job Summary:
  • As a service clerk, you will be responsible for managing inventory, work orders, equipment hours & location, and supporting the maintenance department personnel.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain weekly equipment inventory.
  • Efficiently & accurately open & close work orders.
  • Track equipment hours & location.
  • Monitor daily repair parts purchasing.
  • Assist maintenance department personnel as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient typing & computer skills; excel, word.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to muti-task with attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintenance service-related experience a plus.
  • This is a full-time position.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive pay based on experience.
