Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is currently hiring a pediatric Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants to join our multidisciplinary team at the Wilsonville, Oregon location. We are seeking a creative, fun, and dynamic therapist, who has a passion for helping others and a commitment to continued growth and learning.

Job Type: Certified Occupational Therapist AssistantPart-time (less than 30 hours/week):Pay Rate: $37.79-$55.42, per client hour.  DOE.

Qualifications:
  • Certified Occupational Assistant degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Certified Occupational Assistant Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

We combine the latest, most effective treatment and techniques to address the unique needs of each individual we serve. Seven clinics are located in the Portland metro area (Oregon City, Northeast Portland, Hillsboro, McMinnville, Wilsonville, Canby ,and Clackamas).
