Rehabilitation Director

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Director to join our team at Consonus Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a cohesive team of therapists and implementing evidence-based practices to achieve outstanding outcomes for our patients.

• Lead and nurture a team of dedicated therapists

• Graduate from an accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, physical therapist assistant, or occupational therapy assistant
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
• CPR certification (requirement varies based on state/location)
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire
• Experience in post-acute care preferred
