Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is currently hiring a pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our Wilsonville, Oregon location.  We are seeking a creative, fun, and dynamic therapist, who has a passion for helping others and a commitment to continued growth and learning.

Job Type: Occupational Therapist - Full-time and Part-time Available:Part-time (less than 30 hours/week):Pay Rate: $49.99-$70.88, per client hour. DOE.

Qualifications:
  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics preferred. Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

Seven clinics are located in the Portland metro area (Oregon City, Northeast Portland, Hillsboro, McMinnville, Wilsonville, Canby ,and Clackamas). One in Medford with our partner, Medford Children’s Therapy.
