To assist the controller and other accounting staff with accounting functions.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Process vendor invoices with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Submit vendor invoices for approval.
  • Print and mail checks.
  • Handle all AP inquiries.
  • Process 1099 forms at year end.
  • Maintain vendor information and files.
  • Reconcile the accounts payable systems.
  • Maintain asset tracking list for completeness and accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
