Responsibilities:
  • Proof jobs by checking for spelling and grammatical errors and checking for accuracy against client data.
  • Assist project managers with preparing jobs for production.
  • Check incoming proofs for color correctness and print quality.
  • Act as liaison between project manager and production area and spearhead any corrections to proofs.
  • Organize and file job folders.
  • Find solutions to problems and resolve conflicts internally.

Experience:
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often fast-changing environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written).
