Business Solutions Tele-Sales Representative JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Business Solutions Tele-Sales Representative is responsible for the generation of qualified sales leads for ABB Opticals Business Solutions pillar. Using targeted prospect lists, the Tele-Sales Representative will utilize scripted dialogue and strategic sales methods to collect and verify key information over the phone, then align this knowledge with the capabilities and features of the various ABB Business Solutions. Successfully generated qualified leads will then be passed to the technical sales team to both demonstrate and close the sales opportunity. Entering all prospect communications, notes, records, and customer appointment data into CRM tool Developing strong product knowledge of all pertaining ABB Business Solutions Learning and following call and email scripts; Conduct outbound sales calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment; Answer incoming sales queries Setting and confirming appointments and following up with customer inquiries Follow up with customers via phone and email Determine each customer’s needs through qualifying questions and listening Communications with technical sales team to determine if a demonstration was attended and the outcome Contacting internet leads received from our website and third parties High level of teamwork with the Business Solutions Sales Team Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals and KPIs Supervisory Responsibilities: None QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications First-class verbal, written and communication skills; High school diploma or equivalent; Two years of experience in Tele sales History of high performance in lead generation Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft suite Ability to manage time remotely, and produce high call volume Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all Understanding the difference between effort and results Desired Qualifications Experience in the optical industry Having worked with HubSpot For US Candidates The anticipated base pay range for this position is $45,000 to $47,000. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
