ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Acquisition:
 
  • Utilize a combination of networking, direct outreach, and participation in events to identify and engage potential clients, managing a sales pipeline to convert leads into long-term, profitable relationships. 
Partnership Development:
  •  Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations that complement Sagewood Interiors' offerings, such as architectural firms, interior designers, real estate brokers, owners representatives and property managers, to broaden market reach and enhance service offerings. 
Pitch Development: 
  • Craft compelling, customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value and expertise Sagewood Interiors brings to potential clients and partners. 
Brand Promotion: 
  • Represent Sagewood Interiors at industry events, conferences, and through networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities. 
Feedback and Reporting: 
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients and the market to refine and adjust business development strategies, providing detailed reports to senior management on activities, outcomes, and market insights. 

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and convert prospects into clients, with a focus on building long-term relationships. 
  • Track record in Industry & Partnership Building: Proven track record in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships within high-end and luxury renovation and construction markets.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively representing the brand. • Market driven, Negotiation and Sales: Strong negotiation skills with a history of successful deal closures and meeting sales targets in high-end and luxury renovation and construction markets.
  •  Multi-tasking: Organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MLS (multiple listing service), CRM (customer relationship management) systems, data analysis tools. 
  • Portuguese and English Languages Proficiency: Fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish preferred. • Miami based: Resident of greater Miami able to travel frequently to New York. 
  • Professional Background: At least 5 years of experience in business development. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Monthly Progress Reports:
Regular updates on client engagement activities, status of the sales pipeline, progress towards sales targets, and the development of new strategic partnerships. These reports should include metrics such as lead conversion rates, number of new clients acquired, and revenue generated from new business.

Client Feedback Summaries:
Post-project summaries of client feedback, capturing satisfaction levels, areas for improvement, and testimonials. This feedback should be analyzed to identify trends and areas for strategic enhancement, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

KPI MEASUREMENT:
  • New Clients Acquired: Number of new clients secured each quarter. 
  • Revenue Generation: Revenue from new business compared to targets.
  • Partnership Development: Number and impact of new strategic partnerships.
  • Client Conversion Rate: Efficiency in converting leads to clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Client satisfaction levels post-engagement. 

Annually: $54,000.00 + Commission: 5% of Sales.
