Responsibilities:
  • Oversee helicopter charter sales, including quotes, bookings, and scheduling.
  • Craft business strategies to boost profitability, optimize the fleet, and broaden service areas.
  • Offer exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and corporations with tailored itineraries.
  • Promote sales growth through marketing and client relations.
  • Work with pilots, ground crew, and maintenance to guarantee safe and punctual flights.
  • Stay informed on FAA regulations and manage safety and compliance.
  • Report on sales, client preferences, and operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in aviation management, business, or similar.
  • 3+ years in Part 135 helicopter charter sales.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite; aviation software knowledge a plus.
  • Availability for evening and weekend work.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in luxury charter sales or high-end hospitality.
  • Aviation safety and compliance training.
