Summary of position:
Case Manager
- Communicating with our clients while developing their claim with the goal of getting them the benefits they deserve.
- Communication with the Social Security Administration.
- Must understand the importance of deadlines.
- Must be trustworthy, discreet, use good judgment and possess a passion for helping others.
Qualifications :
- Customer Service Experience 2+ years preferred
- Awesome Communication Skills
- Time Management Guru
- Able to think outside the box
- Self motivated
- Pleasant phone personality
- Organized
- Team player
- Multitask capability without compromising on quality
- Proficient in office technology, such as Microsoft Word, outlook, Excel
- Dependable and punctual
- A background check must be passed to be considered for this position.
