We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive business growth. As the lead for our social media efforts, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of social media strategies, content creation, and performance analysis. Responsibilities:

Social Media Campaign Management:
  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Create and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posting schedules.
  • Develop and execute social media advertising strategies, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Content Creation:
  • Produce high-quality, informative, and engaging written and visual content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and stories.
  • Write compelling scripts and storyboards for social media video content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external resources (as needed) to create visually appealing and informative video content.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to gather data, interpret results, and inform decision-making.
Community Management:
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and industry conversations, identifying opportunities to participate and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and Google Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, best practices, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with video content creation and editing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
