What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Performance Marketing Specialist focused on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms. The ideal candidate should love life, have a passion for cooking, and aspire to a tech-savvy lifestyle, capable of driving brand awareness, user engagement, and conversion through creative content and targeted advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Design and execute social media advertising campaigns, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  1. Content Creation and Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a social media content calendar, creating engaging visual and written content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand identity and effectively communicates brand messages.
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize social media analytics tools (such as Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Analytics, etc.) to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Regularly write reports providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Manage social media advertising budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for each campaign.
  • Monitor ad spend to ensure it aligns with budget expectations and achieves desired outcomes.
  1. Market Trends and Research:
  • Stay updated on social media industry trends and platform algorithm changes, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and potential challenges.
  1. Customer Interaction and Community Management:
  • Actively engage with users, responding to comments and direct messages to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Manage brand reputation by addressing negative feedback and providing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising tools and analytics platforms (such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Strong data analysis skills, capable of interpreting social media data and generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent creativity and communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy.
  • A passion for life, cooking, and a tech-savvy lifestyle, with the ability to incorporate these interests into brand messaging.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices is a plus.
