Job Description:
- To manage and maintain employee files, data entry, reception-Front desk.
- Must have driver's license & Covid vaccines
- Answer the phones.
- Maintain employee records-Electronically and paper files
- Scan documents
- Policy development and documentation.
- Maintain office inventory.
- Maintain and organize office obligations.

- Knowledge of regulation and guidelines pertinent to employee files.
- Proficiency in computer skills.

- Job Type: Part-Time Monday- Friday 9a-1p or 2pm.
- Salary: $16.00-18.00 per hour- based on experience.
- Work Location: In person.
- 4/5 hour shifts- great for mothers' hours. 9a-1p or 2pm.
- Monday to Friday.
