 We Offer:
Great pay based on experience; $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. 
 Job Responsibilities: 
  • Create and prepare material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service for HVAC, Plumbing Electrical and Appliance for the clients.  
  • Make outbound calls to confirm approval of estimates to start and complete appointments.
  • Make sure all estimates are approved by clients and calls are scheduled by appropriate technicians; update clients as needed of technicians ETA.
  • Provide Fast, Friendly, and Fun customer service to both internal and external customers, vendors and clients.
  • Communicate with clients and other departments via email, text message, and phone.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages to close out calls for technicians and sales.
  • Manage clients’ concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
  • Find solutions to problems.
  • Help with projects as needed.
  • Other assigned duties as directed by management.

  • Microsoft Office applications: 5 years’ experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
 Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday shifts including Saturday’s, if need be.
 Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 + years’ experience in a HVAC Customer Service and HVAC parts estimator.
  • Expert knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in getting HVAC and appliance parts estimates.
  • Type a minimum of 55 WPM (Preferred)
  • Must speak, read, and write properly in English.
