Customer Liaison/Service Advisor

Being a Service Advisor here at Secor's Volvo and Lotus is more like being the Customer Liaison in a luxury dealership. We hold our customers in the highest regard and need 1-2 new employees to act as their guide while they are having their vehicle worked on. Your main job is to stay up to date with the status, costs, timing, and other important questions our valued customers may have while their cars are in our care.

Job Requirements:
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Our facilities are DRUG FREE, must be able to pass a 9-panel drug screen (does not test for THC)
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to executive management
  • Maintains professional appearance and neat work area

Key Functions: 
  • Greet customers 
  • Create work orders 
  • Order parts 
  • Correspond with customers and our Auto Techs during repairs to ensure we continue to meet expectations
  • Review final invoice and work overview at time of payment 
  • Maintain customer records according to industry safety standards

Charles Secor Jr. has always had a love for the automotive industry and how it operated. His passion for the industry transformed into partnering with Virginia Secor his mother and owning a small lot of in the Town Hill section of Route 1. From there we started to evolve by adopting other dealership brands which include SAAB in 1976, Volvo in 1992, Subaru in 1995, and finally Lotus in 2013. We provide high quality new and used vehicles ready for you. Our service center and body shop will tend to all your vehicles needs. As well as our amazing customer service provided throughout all of our departments. Secor Auto has proudly served Eastern Connecticut for over 50 years and counting.
