Position Summary:Responsive Centers is looking to add a full-time Clinical Social Worker to its growing private practice group.
Responsibilities:
- Traditional Outpatient Clinic Therapeutic Psychotherapy Services.
- Intake of New Clients.
- The frequency of sessions is decided by therapist.
- The population to treat is chosen by the therapist.
- 0% Travel Involved.
- No Evenings or Weekends are required (available if the therapist requests).
- No On-Call.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Clinical Masters level licensure.
- Kansas License required.
- Ability to utilize and document electronic medical records.
- Compassionate bedside manner.

Located in Overland Park, Kansas, on College Boulevard, Responsive Centers has over 50 professionals in the areas of psychology, psychiatry, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, and education. Responsive Centers for Psychology & Learning was started in 1980 by a group of psychologists and educators who wanted to establish themselves as providers of premier psychological and educational services in the Kansas City area. Over the years, we have added new clinicians and expanded our range of services to include not only therapy services, but assessment services as well. Throughout our growth, we have maintained our focus on providing high-quality, caring services to our clients. Additionally, clinicians at Responsive Centers for Psychology & Learning are involved in multiple outreach programs in the community. For example, we have been involved in the Zero Reasons Why campaign to address adolescent suicide. We also have clinicians in various schools who provide therapy services on-site, reducing barriers to access to mental health services. Responsive Centers for Psychology & Learning focuses on the mental health needs of children, families, and adults, including both assessment and therapy services.
