We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Master's Social Worker to join our team at Children's Mercy. As a key member of our social work team, you will play a vital role in identifying and intervening with at-risk populations to mitigate psychosocial barriers to optimal care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans in conjunction with internal and external team members.
- Provide clinical services and interventions to children, adolescents, and adult patients and families.
- Care coordinate and manage patient care plans to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Practice management and supervision of social work staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- 1-2 years of experience in social work, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW) in Kansas or Missouri, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri.
