Job Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing therapy services to address a variety of needs, and developing and maintaining treatment plans. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children, families, and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions to children and families
  • Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss progress and treatment plans
  • Provide support and advice to parents and caregivers on therapy needs
  • Conduct risk assessments and initiate crisis interventions as needed
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients, families, and internal team members
  • Serve as a clinical supervisor to LPC/MSW/MA level prepared team members
Requirements:
  • Masters degree from a CACREP accredited university
  • LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois
  • Prior experience working with children and families
  • CPR Certification required within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passion for working with children with special needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Competence with a variety of computer applications
Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift or carry 30 lbs. Some travel within the assigned region may be required for training, meetings, and supporting client coverage needs.
