 Our team has always been on the cutting edge of using technologies including the use of telepsychiatry for nearly two decades. Utilizing various forms of Integrated Care models, our psychiatry team has been able to work closely with care providers to have an impact on the quality of psychiatric care delivered collaboratively through all team members.
 Our group provides services in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, psychiatric residential programs, PHP/IOP programs, community mental health centers, federally qualified health centers, inpatient med-surg hospitals, critical access hospitals, correctional facilities, and skilled/long-term nursing facilities. Our providers see all age groups of patients and have experience treating a wide variety of mental health disorders. We were founded in 2002 and are a physician-owned and led practice. We are currently seeking a FT Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker for an Outpatient Clinic in Missouri.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing individual, marital, and family counseling.
  • Completes diagnostic intake assessments to ensure medical necessity is present and provides appropriate referrals based on client needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans within the expected time frame, consistent with evidence-based practices.
  • Provides crisis services for patients during regular daytime operations.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
 
Schedule: The Clinic is open M-F, so would need to be able to work during normal business hours. What do we offer?
