This position has the primary responsibility of administratively supporting AWG compliance efforts company wide. Focus areas include, but not limited to, Safety, Distribution, Environmental, and Medical Compliance, along with Quality, Fleet, and Asset management systems.

- Review and submit agency applications (DOT, EPA, OSHA, FDA, ISO, etc.)
- Monitor and over 300 commercial driver qualification files
- Monitor and update over 1,000 vehicle and asset files
- Support over 120 AWG locations with compliance activities
- Respond to customer surveys
- Track field communications such as policies, procedures, toolbox topics, security assessments
- Track corrective and preventive actions
- Other duties as assigned
- High School graduate or GED equivalent. Higher education preferred
- Computer database knowledge (i.e., MS Excel, Tableau, Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to work in team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Familiar with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) hours of service rules
- Mathematical/Financial Background
- Attention to detail
- Non-Remote Position
