- Filing: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, and keep an inventory of office supplies
- Other tasks: Prepare meeting agendas, input and update information in databases and spreadsheets, and prepare and monitor weekly submittals
- You work closely with one or two high-level individuals within the organization. They should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and organizational skills. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and have a basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems.
