If you are a detailed professional that is results driven, this is the career for you Equitable Advisors is looking for a team member to work closely on key items that support daily practice operations on a part-time basis- 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Client relationship management

Record keeping

Client communication and interaction- email, phone, mail and in person

Application support, service requests and follow up as necessary

Draft reports, illustrations, and other client related documents

Team collaboration on daily, weekly, and quarterly tasks

Marketing for client seminars, client appreciation events

Compliance- follow policies and procedures

Technology- Microsoft Office Suites

New business processing to a high degree of accuracy

Requirements:

Dependable, organized with the ability to multi-task while prioritizing projects

Positive and friendly with strong customer service skills

Flexibility to pivot priorities or schedules throughout the day

Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites with the ability to learn new technology quickly

Preferred:

Experience and knowledge of financial services industry's rules and regulations
