APPS PARAMEDICAL:
As a company, we schedule and complete paramedical exams for clients who have applied for life or disability insurance. This position is for an office staff member than can do the following.

Job description:
  • Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) answering phones.
  • Taking and entering orders from insurance agents.
  • Following up with insurance agents via phone or email.
  • Entering cases status and/or notes into the system, monitoring orders for current activity status, and perform quality control. 
  • Being able to communicate and work with a set of medical examiners.
  • Must be proficient with Outlook.
  • Check over and correct submitted paperwork.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, problem solver, have the ability to be incredibly organized and communicate clearly both verbal and written.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus but not necessary. 
  • Must submit to a background check and urine drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday.
  • 8am- 5pm.
Benefits:
  • 401(k) after 1 year. 
  • Paid Holidays.
  • Weekends off.
  • Vacation/Personal days after 90 days. 
Experience level:
  • 1 year.
Shift:
  • Day shift.
Weekly day range:
  • Monday to Friday.
